Request High School Transcripts
You may request that we send an electronic copy of your high school transcript through Parchment, an electronic transcript service.
Volunteer/Visitor Assessment Form
Thank you for your interest in serving as a visitor/volunteer with Maple Valley Schools. Please take the time to fill out this form in full. We will be notified and the process will begin. Once the necessary background checks have been run, you will only be notified if your results return a conflict. If you want to verify that you have been approved, you can check with any of the building secretaries.
Closing Information
Any announcement pertaining to the delay or closing of classes at Maple Valley Schools will be made through the following radio and TV stations found below in the drop-down menus.
If inclement weather should force the closing of school during school hours, announcements would be made over local radio stations in Hastings and Charlotte. It is our policy not to close early during a tornado warning or watch.
If Maple Valley Schools is closed due to inclement weather, all community education classes and programs will be canceled. If day school is in session and it is necessary to cancel evening classes due to weather, announcements will be made over local stations WBCH and WLCM.
