MI Student Voice - Parent/Guardian Perception Survey

Here's a link to the Parent/Guardian Perception Surveys, in conjunction with the MI Student Voice Survey that 5-12th grade students will take this coming week. Parents are invited to complete this survey to give Maple Valley School District a deeper understanding of you, your family and your beliefs surrounding Maple Valley Schools. Your anonymous responses will improve school quality in our school improvement plan. Once the survey is closed, a report will be returned to Maple Valley with parent/guardian responses.
