A welcome back letter from Mr. Harvey
Dear Maple Valley Elementary Parents and Community,
It is my pleasure to welcome everyone back for another great year at Fuller Street and Maplewood Elementary School. We are all excited to have students back in our classrooms and hallways filled with positive and enthusiastic energy. Maple Valley has great teachers that spend hours planning and creating a safe environment.
Please check our website for updated information: https://mvs.k12.mi.us. We also want to share that we will be allowing two adults per student at the school parties (sorry, no other children). If you would like to help out in your child's classroom during the school year, please send their teacher an email. Remember that you must complete the IChat process. This form needs to be filled out annually and is required to participate in any visitor/volunteer capacity.
As a Maple Valley 1998 alum, I’m very honored to serve as the principal of both Fuller Street and Maplewood. I am grateful to have Fred Koning as our Dean of Students again this year. It is truly a privilege to be a part of a community where parents, students, and staff care for each other and strive to build positive relationships.
