Join the Conversation About Improving Child Care in Michigan

Join the Conversation About Improving Child Care in Michigan with the Capital Area Child Care Coalition.

As you may have heard, Governor Whitmer recently announced grants for regional planning projects to lower childcare costs and expand access to high-quality childcare in Michigan. The Capital Area Child Care Coalition (CACCC) is our region’s project, encompassing Eaton, Clinton, and Ingham Counties. The CACCC is co-led by the Lansing Economic Area Partnership, Capital Area Michigan Works!, and United Way of South Central Michigan.

The CACCC is using survey research as one method of gathering feedback to inform the creation of the action plan to improve child care in the region. We know parents care about the quality and availability of child care and we want to hear from you!

If you have something to say about child care in our area, share your perspective by taking this survey. The survey will take about ten minutes to complete and any information you share will remain anonymous.

If you have any questions about the CACCC or its work, please contact childcare@purelansing.org.
