Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth
Mr. Byrne is conducting the Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth survey this week.
Mr. Byrne will be conducting an anonymous survey for the Michigan Department of Education with students in the 7th, 9th, and 11th grades. This survey has been conducted every year for many years. The survey will ask about behavior and attitude related to nutrition, physical activity, injuries, tobacco, alcohol, and other drug use. It will also ask about sexual behaviors that cause AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases, and pregnancy. Parents do have the option to OPT their child out. If you would like to opt your child out, please fill out the form that your student brought home or you can view the form below.
