BridgeCare - New 24/7 Student Support

A New 24/7 Student Support System for 7th - 12th Graders.
Dear Parents and Guardians,
At Maple Valley Schools, we know that Junior and Senior high school can be a challenging time. Between academics, friendships, and personal growth, students often face stress and uncertainty. Yet, many hesitate to ask for help when they need it most. That’s why we’re introducing BridgeCare, a 24/7 OnDemand, Chat-based, Person Provided, Support Platform designed to give students a safe, confidential space to seek guidance whenever they need it.
How BridgeCare Supports Students
✔ Help Anytime, Anywhere – whether it's late at night or over the weekend, students can easily connect with a trained professional for support.
✔ A Safe, Judgment-Free Space – students can share their concerns privately, without fear of stigma or pressure.
✔ Trusted Guidance from Experts – certified counselors, life coaches, and SEL specialists are available to help students navigate stress, emotions, and everyday challenges.
Why This Matters
Sometimes, students need to talk but don’t know where to turn. BridgeCare ensures they always have a trusted support system, helping them feel heard, understood, and empowered. BridgeCare will work directly with Maple Valley Staff to ensure our students have support around the clock. We want to be sure every Maple Valley student knows they are seen, heard and important.
How to Get Started
BridgeCare will be available to all students starting 10/28/25. We’ll be sharing more details soon on how they can access it. If you do not want your child to utilize this service, please opt them out prior to next Monday, October 27, 2025, by using the Google Form at https://forms.gle/G5h3XFu2AbF5ZHjP6.
We encourage you to talk to your child about this resource and let them know support is always available. If you have any questions, please reach out to BridgeCare at support@bridgecare.ai or Mrs. Lisa Bailey at Lbailey@mvs.k12.mi.us or Dr. Katherine Bertolini at Kbertolini@mvs.k12.mi.us .
